Warren joined LegalShield in 2022. He’s a seasoned executive with significant experience fueling growth and profitability for a range of companies. Prior to LegalShield, Warren served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Poly, where he oversaw product and services business units, product and alliance marketing, corporate strategy, and business development. He’s also held leadership positions with DISH Network, Sling TV, and Comcast.
Warren graduated from Harvard with a degree in economics.
Ogemdi joined the company in 2024. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise as a leader of customer and sales operations for Fortune 250 subscription-based companies. Prior to LegalShield, he was the Vice President of Sales Operations & Business Planning at T-Mobile. He’s also held senior leadership roles at Experian and Omni Channel. His early career included management consulting and advisory assignments with Ernst & young, KPMG, and Andersen Consulting.
Ogemdi has an MBA from the UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in engineering physics from Obafemi Awolowo University, in Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
Julia joined LegalShield in 2022. She was the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer for Long Term Care Group, where she focused on improving internal communications, employee engagement, controls, and leading complex contractual matters. She’s also worked for StoneRiver, Fiserv, Midwest Express Airlines, and the law firm Foley & Lardner.
Julia has a J.D. from Stanford, a M.Phil. in history and philosophy of science from the University of Cambridge, and a BA in math and philosophy from Grinnell College. She’s a member of the international group “Leadership of a New Kind” and believes that everyone can learn and grow throughout their life.
Emily has been with LegalShield since 2017 and has over 20 years of distinguished leadership and experience in the voluntary benefits industry. She’s responsible for driving business development, formulating effective strategies, delivering member service, and fostering sales growth across affinity, broker, voluntary benefits, national accounts, and small business segments.
Emily has focused on group legal plans, identity theft protection plans, supplemental health coverage, and property and casualty solutions. She’s worked for Fortune 500 companies, healthcare organizations, higher education institutions, public sector employers, and government.
Darnell joined LegalShield in 1998 after getting his degree in public relations from Bowie State University. He has vast experience in team building, personal development, and entrepreneurship, and he’s won several awards, including the Entrepreneur of the Year from the National Black Chamber of Commerce. A mentor to thousands of entrepreneurs, he’s also shared his expertise with business students at several universities. After coming from humble beginnings, Darnell devoted himself to giving people an opportunity to actualize success, no matter their circumstances. His commitment has led to dozens of LegalShield Ring Earners and Millionaire Club Members.
Darnell co-created Fertile Ground, an organization that allows others to experience the power of giving.
Don joined LegalShield in 1996 as an Independent Associate. In 2018, he was named President of Network Division. Over his distinguished career, he’s earned many top achievement, business builder, and production awards. He’s served in several leadership positions, including Regional Vice President of Florida, Business Vice President of Florida, Ohio, and Michigan, and Sr. Network Vice President of 26 states and two Canadian provinces. He’s mentored and trained thousands of associates by teaching the fundamentals of leadership and personal development.
Don has a degree in business administration from the Boler School of Business at John Carroll University. He’s married to Angela and has two boys, Matthew and David.
Mark has been with the company since 2023. He leads LegalShield’s technology vision and strategy. He has over 20 years of software engineering leadership, spanning consulting firms, start-ups, and global enterprises. Mark has a stellar track record of scaling operations, modernizing legacy technology, and developing software teams and products.
Prior to joining LegalShield, Mark led marketplace engineering at Outdoorsy and oversaw Travel and Commerce Platforms at BCD Travel.
Jaymee, a senior marketing leader with a track record of driving growth in subscription businesses, joined LegalShield in 2025. Before LegalShield, he was CMO for Assurance IQ, a digital insurance brokerage. Prior to that, Jaymee built T-Mobile MONEY, T-Mobile's digital bank, from a concept to hundreds of thousands of accounts.
Earlier in his career, Jaymee led global marketing at Amazon Pay, Amazon’s external payments business and was a founding member of Softcard, the joint venture between AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon that created the mobile payment system in the US. Jaymee holds engineering and MBA degrees from MIT.
